No Returns / Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@moissyxally.com with clear photos. We will determine the appropriate resolution.

Orders confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier are not eligible for refunds due to lost or stolen packages.
