All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and fraud-prevention reasons, jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Issues
Orders that show confirmed delivery through the shipping carrier are not eligible for refunds due to lost or stolen packages.
